3490e series 36 track M2483N/ND (rackmount) tape drive and
the 3490e series 36-track M2485N/ND/N1/ND1 (desktop) tape drives are
half inch cartridge tape drives with 3490e compatibility, offering
leading mainframe technology for data interchange and backup to workstations
and other advanced computer platforms.

MP Tapes

the IBM 3480, 3490 and 3490e.
